Homeopathic medications are employed by various therapeutic schools, applying techniques which can be united under the term homeotherapy. The selection of medication to be used is done in accordance with the specific criteria of each therapeutic system.

- Spagyric Therapy – i. Krauss, ii Zimpel
- Gemmotherapy (Dr Henry, Brussels)
- Lithotherapy i. Tetau, ii. Ayurveda, iii. Unani
- Resonance Homoeopathy (Schimmel)
- Other practitioners that use homoeopathically prepared remedies may now require a qualification even though they will already be registered under various complementary medicines.
These medicines that have been used since 1869 the worldwide. It is especially well know in Germany, where Theodore Krauss along with the pharmacist Johannes Sonntag, developed this system of as Electro Komplex homeopathy following World War I and in 1920 established the JSO Komplex Heilweise. The method spagyric after Krauss is also described in German Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia. Spagyric therapy has been used by most other countries in the last century i.e. Australia, Britain, France, Russia, Spain, Geneva, Italy, Poland and America and Asia [especially India & Pakistan]
In the last 10 year research WEHO board found that method already has a respected platform known as Spagyric therapy in the European countries like German, France, Sweden, Belgium and Switzerland.
